Obscura to perform in Belgrade! 

It’s Tech Death time!  German technical death metal band, Obscura, is back in Serbia! The band will once again play in Belgrade on February 22^nd 2020. The event has been moved to Dom Omladine. The ticket price is 1400 RSD (early bird) 1800 RSD in advance & 2200 RSD on concert day. The event is organized by Different Strings & Tomahawk events! Obscura will be supported by a Dutch melodic death metal band, God Dethroned, the German black/death act, Thulcandra, and the French Progressive death metal band, Fractal Universe. Obscura’s last time in Serbia was in 2016 as support for Death DTA tribute.

Obscura will start the Diluvium World Tour with 23 shows in Southern & Eastern Europe and Scandinavia. The tour will last from February to March next year. Obscura announced that they will play songs that they haven’t played in a while with a couple of them that the band had never played live! The band’s latest album Diluvium was released in 2018 via Relapse Records. On October 30^th the band announced that they signed for Nuclear Blast records. Here is the official statement from Obscura’s Steffan Kummerer: “Partnering with the world’s biggest independent metal label feels like the start of a new chapter for OBSCURA and we are very much looking forward to a great collaboration and to releasing our forthcoming sixth studio album with a great team at our side. “

Obscura was formed in 2002. The band got its name after the legendary Gorguts’ album Obscura (you can check our tribute to this masterful release here)
