Voivod releases new video, The Wake album in September!
That’s right! Voivod have just released a video for a brand new song, Obsolete Beings. The band is still on track, delivering trippy-sounding thrash metal to your ears! We are talking about a song with a lots of twists and turns & eerie-sounding breaks. Piggy would be proud of the work these guys delivered! Dan Mongrain’s solo in this tune is criminally good! The video was edited by Eric Massicotte & Pierre Duplessis. Canadian thrash metal legends are also about to release a new album called The Wake which will be out on September 21st via Century Media records. Again, the artwork for the upcoming album was made by Voivod’s drummer, Away, which is probably one of his best works to date. The album was recorded and mixed by Francis Perron at RadicArt Recording Studio in Canada. You can preorder your copy here!
